- 3rd bedroom with Full-Over-Twin size bunk beds with an additional Twin-size trundle bed with Ensuite Bathroom (tub-shower combo), extra Living Room, Game Table and Smart TV. Access to an additional Deck with outdoor seating to Incredible Mountain views! NOTE: Bunk beds are perfect for kids but would be a tight fit for adults.

Things To Note
- All guests are to be respectful of the cabin, its neighbors, and the owner's rules.
- Housekeeping fee is based on check-out instructions being done. If instructions are not followed, additional charges may incur.
- "Starter" soaps, shampoos, toiletries, trash bags, and paper towels are provided.
- "Not provided" condiments, charcoal, lighter fluid, and coffee.
- The hot tub is for adults only. Underage children must be supervised at all times by an adult. The use of the hot tub is at the guests' own risk.
- No pets are allowed on the property. If the guest breaks this rule, a $200 charge will be applied to cleaning fees, and guests will be asked to leave the property.
- Host is not responsible for items left behind by guests
- Max 8 guests. No unauthorized guests
- Cabin has a motion-activated camera in/viewing the parking lot that actively records video and audio.
- We highly recommend travel insurance in case of unforeseen travel disruptions.

The Area
The cabin sits on top of a fully paved road with a brief uphill stretch to get to the cabin. First-time drivers may find it a bit intimidating, but once you've done it once, it's a breeze. You do have to go up to see such breathtaking mountain views.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire cabin with the exception of woner's closet.
Getting There
The cabin can be easily reached by using Google Maps. It can be easily reached by a standard vehicle under normal weather conditions. (Extremely low clearance cars may have increased difficulty)
